Job Description

The Night Manager is responsible and accountable for all operations during their shift. He or she must ensure that all employees are performing their jobs properly and efficiently. The night manager is responsible for delivering a high quality customer service experience to all guests and ensuring customer loyalty.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • ensuring budgets are effectively managed to meet objectives and hit profitable targets
  • assist in responding to all customer concerns
  • assist in managing all systems relating to the operations of the establishment (scheduling, payroll, marketing, R&M, etc.)
  • ensure that all employees are trained properly and motivated to deliver high level of service
  • develop and execute new ideas and initiatives to increase revenue
  • maximize financial performance and profitability based on the business model
  • attend industry-wide events and have a strong presence

Job Requirements

  • Experience with scheduling, payroll, financials
  • Willing to work nights
  • Casual dining background is an asset
