Job Description

We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial, fast-thinking and dynamic inside sales representative to help build and grow an emerging sales team. This person will help the company grow into new markets and geographies from the ground floor up

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales leads by following incoming leads, cold-calling prospects and building relationships with current customers on the phone and via e-mail.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries regarding our amazing products and services; provide accurate information and recommendation to meet customer needs.
  • Reply to online product requests and track follow up with Salesforce.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to ensure effective closing on all sales opportunities.
  • Inputting / updating information into CRM.
  • Arrange and lead demos for prospects.
  • Maintain product knowledge database and stay current with all marketing promotions.
  • Conduct post sales follow up
  • Process order info from clients with regard to delivery and order status.
  • Research business profiles (via internet) as applicable
  • Collaborating with the Product & Engineering teams to help them build new and improved software tools for both your team and our customers

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business to business (B2B) solution sales. •
  • College or University education preferred.
  • Professional Sales training preferred.
  • Bilingual – English/French/Spanish a plus
  • Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying and closing sales with technology solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience leading others
  • Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Self-management and organizational skills
