Job Description

The Content Management Analyst role is to perform scheduling and development activities on CMS systems in the digital advertisement sector. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated team player with experience in content management systems and workflow development.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Use CMS to schedule content, manage files, produce reports
  • Convert customer input data into useable video content
  • Interact with clients and other stakeholders to obtain and verify information
  • Use HTML to copy and apply file into an FTP server
  • Quality checks of live loops and content input
  • Test, maintain spec, monitor, and troubleshoot content on CMS software
  • Drive CMS performance
  • Schedule content following the business process requirements
  • Perform special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Work with Digital IT Technology department and helpdesk

Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience working with HTML5, XML, Ajax CSS, .Net, Java/Java EE, Ruby
  • Database experience in SQL or Oracle/DB2 (or similar RDBMS)
  • Experience in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, other editing softwares
  • Basic understanding of STLV/SDLC
  • Experience with SaS
  • Strong understanding of CMS
  • Preferably have some knowledge of Windows Server and Web Hosting (IIS)
  • Personal Accountability
  • Strong communications skills in both English and French (spoken and written)
