We are looking for a customer service focused individual with proven multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities to work as the Billing/Office Administrator for a leading Digital Agency in Toronto.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Customer on-boarding assistance.
- Set up/process credit cards using online billing/invoice platform.
- Manage/follow up on invoices.
- Help customers understand credit card charges.
- Answer the phones and provide administrative support.
- High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred).
- An efficient multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently & under pressure.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
