Job Description

We are looking for a customer service focused individual with proven multi-tasking and problem solving capabilities to work as the Billing/Office Administrator for a leading Digital Agency in Toronto.

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Customer on-boarding assistance.
  • Set up/process credit cards using online billing/invoice platform.
  • Manage/follow up on invoices.
  • Help customers understand credit card charges.
  • Answer the phones and provide administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred).
  • An efficient multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
