Started his career in Marketing at P&G and Warner-Lambert. After moving into Recruitment, Rick has been the leading force behind Chad Management Group since 1981. Rick is a recognized Industry Thought Leader in the Marketing, Advertising, Retail and Communications space and has an unmatched passion for the Recruitment business.
Jason started his career in sales at IBM where he developed a strong customer centric approach and gained an appreciation for a number of industries including Technology, CPG, Media, Retail and e-Commerce. Jason leveraged that understanding into Recruitment where he has led the Chad Management Group’s Sales Practice for the past 18 years.
Having worked in the marketing promotions industry for over 25 years, Garth is now a tireless promoter of smart, talented client service professionals. He is part of the Chad Management team that aggressively identifies and recruits key industry people for our client partners in a seamless, cost effective way.
Garth started his career as a creative professional leading award winning creative, strategic and digital teams working with some of Canada’s top CPG brands including Kellogg Canada, Campbell Soup Company, Duracell, Disney, Labatt, Kraft and Pepsi.
Garth went on to pilot strategic brand development in Canada for Visit Orlando – the no 1. family destination brand in the world! Responsible for all marketing functions in Canada; strategic planning, delivering the marketing plan, integration of supporting marketing agency partners efforts, account management, creative development, budgeting, reporting etc. Garth and team propelled Canada to the top international market position with over +25% growth in five years.
